Recent Developments within our plots;

WP_20150820_003[1]Ndatani again has something to smile about. When we talk of Ndatani being the premier in real estate and embracing the best values of customer satisfaction.

Some of our schemes in Kinanie (Athiriver), Syokimau, Mlolongo and Kangundo road are situated in strategic areas inclined for potential great developments i.e (1) the proposed tarmaking of machakos county roads which is programmed to kick start in 1st september 2015 under the maendeleo Chap Chap initiative engeneered by governor Dr. Alfred Mutua.(2) installation of CCTV cameras and street lighting which started on Aug 1st, 2015 in Kinanie and Mlolongo among others.

Due to these developments, the cost of land in these areas is expected to go up indefinately.

 

 

Our curent prices for some of the said schemes are as follows;

Syokimau:Residential plot =Ksh. 1,895,000, Commercial plot =Ksh. 2,395,000

Kinanie: Residential plot =Ksh. 1,195,000, Commercial plot =Ksh. 1,595,000

 

NB: Plot size = 1/8th acre, with ready individual tittle
